Using RunCue with Slido
Does Slido have a built-in session or Q&A timer?
No. Slido's Community, in an answer marked official from Slido staff, confirms the countdown timer is a Quiz-question feature only. For live Q&A and regular polls, Slido's own staff answer says to run a separate timer yourself.
What does Slido's timer actually do?
It's a per-question Quiz timer you can enable or edit from the Quiz editor. It applies to one quiz question at a time -- it isn't a session clock, and it isn't visible to a moderator running live Q&A or open polling.
