Timer for ON24
ON24 has no producer show-clock. Run one beside Elite Studio.
Keep a live, adjustable timer and private cues open next to Elite Studio so your presenters always know time remaining, not just a handful of fixed 5-second and 2-minute system countdowns.

RunCue
A running show-clock, not a handful of fixed system countdowns.
RunCue works alongside ON24 Elite Studio in a separate browser tab. It does not install as an ON24 integration or access your account, webcast, or attendee data.
Compare timers
Choose the setup that matches who needs to see and control the timer.
| Timer | Speaker visibility | Producer control | Cue context | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ON24 system countdowns | Three fixed, purpose-specific counters: a 5-second record cue, a 2-minute Simu-live transition, and a 10/20/30-second banner auto-dismiss | Automatic or preset; nothing a producer runs or adjusts live across a segment | No cue notes; the Elite Studio producer toolset documents Q&A, chat, and content push, not a timer | Signaling a recording start, a Simu-live handoff, or a banner's on-screen duration |
| RunCue browser room | Separate stage and audience links showing a live, adjustable show-clock | Separate control link with private producer cues across every segment, nothing to install | Cue cards for every segment plus Reset between rehearsal and live webcasts | ON24 webcast programs with a run of show and presenters who need to see time remaining in the current segment |

FAQ
Using RunCue with ON24
Does ON24 have a producer show-clock or pacing timer?
No. ON24's own support articles document only three fixed, purpose-specific countdowns — a 5-second record cue, an automatic 2-minute Simu-live transition, and a 10/20/30-second lower-third banner timer — and its comprehensive Elite Studio user guide lists no general timer, clock, or stopwatch a producer can run and adjust across a webcast.
Can ON24 presenters see how much time is left in a segment?
Not through a built-in producer clock. The closest system countdowns are tied to specific events (recording start, a Simu-live handoff, a banner's on-screen duration) — none is a running, adjustable segment timer presenters can watch throughout a session.
Why use RunCue beside ON24?
Use RunCue when your presenters need a live, adjustable show-clock and the producer wants private cue notes across multiple segments — independent of ON24's fixed, event-triggered system countdowns.
Does RunCue connect to my ON24 account?
No. RunCue runs in a separate browser tab and does not access your ON24 account, webcast, or attendee data.
Is there a trial?
Yes — and there's no rush to set it up. You get up to 7 days to build the run of show before any clock starts; the 15-minute live trial begins only once you press Start, and it includes the live timer, separate role links, cues, Reset, and segment editing before the room locks.
