Timer for ClickMeeting

ClickMeeting has no presenter timer. Run a live one beside it.

The presenter opens the stage link for a real, running countdown during the webinar. The producer keeps the timer and private cues on a separate control link, alongside ClickMeeting's own dashboard.

RunCue

A live presenter countdown, not just pre-event segment sequencing.

RunCue works alongside ClickMeeting in a separate browser tab. It does not install as a ClickMeeting integration or access your account, webinar, or attendee data.

FAQ

Using RunCue with ClickMeeting

Does ClickMeeting have a live presenter timer or show-clock?

No. ClickMeeting's own tools and add-ons pages list breakout rooms, polls, screen sharing, multistreaming, and account upgrades, but no countdown timer, clock, or stopwatch. Its Automated Webinar Timeline only sequences pre-recorded segments before the event -- it doesn't run during a live webinar.

What does ClickMeeting's Automated Webinar Timeline actually do?

It's a pre-event builder where you drag segments to set how long each pre-recorded piece plays before the next one starts. Once configured, it isn't a running clock a host or presenter watches live -- it just controls playback sequencing.

Why use RunCue beside ClickMeeting?

Use RunCue when your presenter needs a real, running countdown during a live ClickMeeting webinar and the producer wants private cue notes across multiple segments -- something ClickMeeting's own scheduling tool doesn't provide.

Does RunCue connect to my ClickMeeting account?

No. RunCue runs in a separate browser tab and does not access your ClickMeeting account, webinar, or attendee data.

Is there a trial?

Yes -- and there's no rush to set it up. You get up to 7 days to build the run of show before any clock starts; the 15-minute live trial begins only once you press Start, and it includes the live timer, separate role links, cues, Reset, and segment editing before the room locks.
