Using RunCue with Crowdcast
Does Crowdcast have a producer show-clock or pacing timer?
No. Crowdcast's own Studio and In-Event Tools documentation lists layout controls, Theme, Calls to Action, Media, and a Title overlay with a fixed 5, 10, or 15-second (or manual) display duration -- no timer, clock, or stopwatch a host can run and adjust across a live event.
Can Crowdcast hosts see how much time is left in a segment?
Not through a built-in producer clock. The closest feature is the Title overlay's fixed display duration for on-screen text, which is not a running, adjustable segment timer.
Why use RunCue beside Crowdcast?
Use RunCue when your hosts, co-hosts, or guest speakers need a live, adjustable show-clock and the producer wants private cue notes across multiple segments -- independent of Crowdcast's fixed-duration Title overlay.
Does RunCue connect to my Crowdcast account?
