Church & worship service timer

Keep the service on schedule without the pastor watching a clock.

Give the stage a clean countdown while the AV booth runs the clock, sends a quiet "wrap up" cue, and keeps service segments moving.

RunCue

Built for the booth, not just the stage.

Run every Sunday segment from one browser room — no confidence-monitor hardware to wire in, and no full presentation suite to license just to get a timer.

FAQ

Choosing a timer for church services

Isn't stagetimer.io free for churches?

Its Starter plan is free, but it caps you at 3 live connections and 3 timers per room and does not include a private producer cue board. Its own church-focused Pro plan is $210/yr (about $17.50/mo).

We already run ProPresenter or WorshipTools — why add another timer?

Both bundle a countdown into their full presentation suite, which is useful if you're already running slides through them. RunCue is a dedicated timer room for the AV booth and stage that doesn't require licensing or operating the whole presentation app just to time a service.

Can the pastor see the booth's cues?

No. The stage link only shows a clean countdown. Cue cards and controls stay on the producer's control link in the booth.

Is RunCue free?

No. There's no permanent free plan. A 15-minute, no-card trial runs the full timer, then Pro is $19/mo and Team is $49/mo — Team also removes RunCue branding from display links, useful for public-facing stage monitors.

Is there a trial?

Yes. The 15-minute trial includes the live timer, separate role links, cues, Reset, and segment editing before the room locks — no card required.
