RunCue is a browser-based timer for live events, webinars, and talks. A producer runs the clock and sends private cues from a control screen; the speaker sees a full-screen countdown on a separate stage link, and the audience gets a clean view too. There is no app to install and no signup to try it.
Who operates it
RunCue is an independently operated software service based in Texas, United States. It is not a venture-backed company or a large platform — it is a single, focused product. Support requests, billing questions, and legal questions all go to the same inbox: hello.runcue@gmail.com.
Pricing and billing
RunCue has no permanent free plan. Every new room gets a 15-minute, no-card trial; continuing after that requires Pro ($19/mo) or Team ($49/mo). Subscriptions are sold and billed through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction — Gumroad, not RunCue, appears on the buyer's card statement and handles payment-card data directly. RunCue never sees or stores card numbers.
Refunds and cancellation
Plans are month-to-month with no minimum term. Cancel anytime from your Gumroad purchase library, and the first charge on a new subscription is refundable in full within 14 days. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
