Timer for Accelevents

Accelevents' Studio countdown just reminds you. Yours runs the show.

The speaker opens the stage link for a real, adjustable countdown only they can see once they're live. The producer keeps the timer and private cues on a separate control link, alongside Accelevents' own in-Studio reminder.

RunCue

A private, adjustable pacing timer, not a fixed schedule reminder.

RunCue works alongside Accelevents in a separate browser tab. It does not install as an Accelevents integration or access your Accelevents event, sessions, or attendee data.

FAQ

Using RunCue with Accelevents

Does Accelevents have a private, adjustable speaker timer?

No. Accelevents' own help center describes its in-Studio countdown as "just a reminder" of the session's scheduled runtime -- visible to whoever is broadcasting, not adjustable, and with no separate control link for a producer sitting elsewhere.

What does Accelevents' countdown timer actually do?

Accelevents has three separate countdowns: a 10-minute registration-ticket-reservation clock, an attendee-facing session-waiting-room countdown before a session starts, and an in-Studio runtime reminder for whoever is broadcasting. None of the three is a private, adjustable pacing timer a producer controls from a separate screen.

Why use RunCue beside Accelevents?

Use RunCue when a speaker or producer needs a private, adjustable countdown during the actual session -- pausable, extendable, and controlled from a separate link -- plus private cue notes across multiple segments, none of which Accelevents' own reminder provides.

Does RunCue connect to my Accelevents account?

No. RunCue runs in a separate browser tab and does not access your Accelevents event, sessions, or attendee data.

Is RunCue free?

No. There's no permanent free plan. A 15-minute, no-card trial runs the full timer, then Pro is $19/mo and Team is $49/mo.

Is there a trial?

Yes -- and there's no rush to set it up. You get up to 7 days to build the run of show before any clock starts; the 15-minute live trial begins only once you press Start, and it includes the live timer, separate role links, cues, Reset, and segment editing before the room locks.
